Ongoing Support

Unlike many of our competitors we see the tendering & implementation of an energy contract not as the end process but simply as the start of a relationship with you based upon ongoing support & advice for your business.

Whilst every contract will have a defined end or renewal-date which could be anything from 12 to 60 months away, once we approach the final 12 months we start the process of monitoring market prices to ensure that you don’t miss out on an opportunity to grab advantageous prices which can be agreed up to 1 year in advance.

Should market prices fall part-way through your existing contract, some suppliers will allow you to negotiate cheaper future rates & blend this into your existing contract in order to give you some immediate benefits.

In addition to watching the market, we will also diarise your renewal dates & ensure that you adhere to your current supplier’s termination procedures in order to avoid the all-too-common uncompetitive roll-over contracts.

Whilst most of this will be going on in the background as far as you the customer is concerned, we also offer unlimited free-of-charge telephone & email support be it resolving billing issues, meter or site supply upgrades etc.
